I think everybody know this by now, but Hades's real name in my comics is Hadoneus. I've taken it from Aidoneus, one of Hades's names in the ancient Greek texts, a sort of lengthened form of Aides. Most people just call him Hades, though.

The sign on the little jar in the last panel is the Mycenaean word for "honey", me-ri (it's the sign for me and ri put together. I think it should be pronounced meli, though, since r-signs are used for both [r]and [l] in Linear B).

I can understand Hestia deciding not to speak. It speaks a great deal of her self-control, plsu it's tiresome bein the soothing peaceful one among the Gods :D

It's nice, I can understand her not wanting to marry into the Family. It's bad enough being related to either one, but actually marrying them?
